Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Charlie Ditkoff held a highly successful five-year period of employment at the prestigious law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Charles Ditkoff also worked for Credit Suisse First Boston, now operating under the name Credit Suisse, for two years as Vice President.
He followed his time at Credit Suisse with a five-year tenure in the Corporate Finance Group for investment giant Morgan Stanley, where he focused principally on healthcare industry investments. The experience he gained working for companies in the multi-billion dollar healthcare investment arena brought Charles Ditkoff to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was recruited in 1999 to work as a Managing Director for BAML’s financial coverage of healthcare distributors and providers. Appointed to take responsibility for all of BAML’s Group Corporate & Investment Banking’s healthcare services in 2003, Charlie Ditkoff has risen in his field to become a well-recognized banker on Wall Street.
